What is your average repair time?
Most repairs from start to finish are 4-5 days. If there is ever a delay, the Garber Bay City Body Shop team will keep you informed.
Can my insurance company tell me what repair shop to use, or can I pick on for myself?
No they cannot. Michigan State law says that the consumer has the right to choose which facility to have their repairs done. Garber Bay City Body Shop works with all major insurance companies.
Do your technicians use OEM or after-market parts?
We use both OEM and aftermarket parts, depending on your insurance company’s direction.
What are my options when it comes to loaner or rental cars while my car is being repaired?
We have free loaner vehicles when available and also work with Enterprise Rental.
What certifications and trainings do your technicians possess?
Our Garber Bay City Body Shop techs are insured, state licensed and Paint, ASE and I-Car Certified.
Do I need to have rental insurance on my current insurance policy to use one of your loaner or rental cars?
No rental insurance is not necessary for a loaner but yes, rental insurance is needed if you choose to have a rental car.
How do I set up an appointment or get an estimate?

Do you stand behind your work or offer a warranty of some sort?
Yes, Garber Bay City Body Shop guarantees the workmanship on all repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
All parts are subject to manufacturers warranties and / or insurance company warranty on alternative parts usage.
